Welcome to the Equus Ballator 2020 Advent Calendar!
With the unexpected length of the Hiatus for 2021 year we hope that this event can provide some joy and extra fun to make up for it! Also bring in some excitement for what is to come!
This year’s Advent Calendar will run through December 12th through December 24th, giving everyone a day or two buffer between EB Christmas and Real Life Christmas!
How to use the Calendar
Each day, we will update the below calendar with prizes, raffles, and many other goodies! The calendar will be updated between 12 AM and 3 AM EST for the day – it must be updated manually, so some wiggle room is provided for the admins. You will hover over each box, it will flip, and reveal that day’s prize!
It will be your duty to come in and check the calendar – we won’t be announcing every day, just to save everyone’s inboxes from clogging!
Rules for Participating in the Advent
– All members, old and new, may enter!
– You may claim gifts up until midnight on Christmas Day, December 25th (EST) if you miss the previous days!
– You may only claim each gift once, no matter how many duplicate accounts you have.
– If you win one raffle, you will be unable to win another, but you may enter in all of them since they are all Christmas day. Mystery Map Ballators are included in the ‘Raffle’ Category.
– If you do not want or like a gift on a certain day, remember that is the only gift offered for that day, so you will only be able to get a different gift the next day.
– If you have a complaint about the calendar, you are free to not participate! Remember that the admin team puts an incredible amount of work into this event and any complaints about the quality/quantity of gifts should be kept to yourself.

The 2021 Pickle Hunt
As is tradition, starting the same day as The Advent, we will be hosting the Pickle Hunt!
Back by no-one’s demand because it never stops being fun (for the admins), we have cooked up some extra Kool-Aid pickles and now there is not one, not two, but THREE pickles that are hanging out on the website. Some pickle info and rules below:
- The 2021 Advent Pickle Hunt will run through December 31st 2021.
- Any pickles found after this will be denied. Sorry! Pickles only last through December and don’t exist in January. That’s just science.
- There are Three Pickles to be found!
- All pickles are hidden on the website only. They are not hidden anywhere on DeviantART or on The Forums.
- Pickles come in three flavors: Original, Red, and Orange.
- Members can only find the pickles once.
- When you find the pickle(s), please post HERE to claim your prizes.
What do the Pickles DO?
That’s easy: The Pickles give you sweet, sweet STATS. As mentioned, there are three pickles hidden on the website this year.
The Original Pickle will grant one registered Ballator +30 stats in any category except for AS or E.
The Red Pickle will grant one registered Ballator +10 Stats in Experience (E) and one shop item of your choice (the only off limits items are Ballator Capes of any kind!).
- The Orange Pickle will grant one registered Ballator +10 Stats in Attack Strength (AS) and one Makeover Kit from the shop.
