This is the design I’ve come up with! The phenotype would be Palomino Dun Snowcap Appaloosa, and I’ve also given the option for Dotted Sooty. 

Please let me know what you think! I’m happy to make any and all changes! I was mostly going for the omen theme!

This looks awesome, sadly I'm not clicking with the coat or horns.. Would we be able to try out a blue-grey toned silver black or grullo instead?
I'd love to keep the markings and the horn color and fade. That snip is just too hekkin cute!

Here’s an update! Went for Silver Grullo! I wasn’t sure if you wanted the dotted sooty or not, please let me know if you do! I also just removed the horns, but if you have any ideas you’d like me to try I’d be happy to!
