Character Profile Form submission: Create a Character Profile

Hi there!

All slots must follow the correct format given in the form. Where there is no mate or offspring, please state "Mate | Offspring" after each slot holder's name. Any extra information, such as the statement you have for Slot 5, must be removed. This area is for marking slots only, any rules/restrictions/requirements placed on slots can not be stated here. We recommend using a slot tracker to keep track of this information.

Slots they do have a mate and offspring listed should be changed to their ID's, rather than the words "mate" and "offspring."

If any slot holders do not have a forum profile, please leave their username unlinked rather than linking their deviantart profile.

All Additional Slot proof links should link back to where the slots were unlocked, not the comments on the plaque, where possible. We also highly recommend keeping any stat confirmation links on her stat tracker so they aren't lost.
