Form submission: Design Update Form

Hey there! Before we can update this boy we need just a few changes! His shoulder horn looks a bit too high up and will need to be lowered as well as the second segment on his back/spine horn removed!

Correction to the design must be completed by March 22, 2022 after the reply. 
Failure to reply by set date will result in this review being closed and you will have to resubmit.
