"I claim no god, not yet, I wish to be loyal to something greater than myself and to follow them for all my days. I know my decisions are final and my desire is set, but the question of who to pursue brings confliction to me each time I ponder it. I want to help others and spread the warmth that this world brings me to everyone, therefore Aether's values speak to me. But I also tire of being viewed as small and weak, I find myself overtaken by senseless anger at times and for reason I cannot justify, and so Ares sweet voice lures me as well. I want to feel peace, but fire burns within me. I am conflicted, I feel lost. I know that I am small and weak, Aether would be safe for me, good. I think he would be at least a little amused by my attempts to help others. But I want to know... I just want to know what it would feel like to follow someone so fiery and fierce! I crave the freedom of mind and body it would bring me, I wouldn't feel trapped, but would I be looked down upon for my stature and often friendly drive? Ah...I find myself rambling again, I apologize deeply to thee, Great Lord. I'll find my way eventually, but you have my answer. My loyalty is strong, but yet to be decided.  The eyes of the Head of Life look down at Lilandria, an unblinking gaze behind which lie eons of wisdom. The Head of Death is looking, too, their own gaze cold and unfeeling. They cock their heads as one, a rumbling “HMMM” rattling your Ballator to their very bones as they think. “UNCERTAINTY IN TIMES OF NEED CAN LEAD TO YOUR DOWNFALL OR TO YOUR SAVING GRACE; I HOPE YOU WILL KNOW WHAT TO DECIDE WHEN THE TIME COMES.”

Their voices lower from that of a deafening boom to something that mortal ears can hear more clearly: “REMEMBER THAT THE GROUP IS WHAT TURNS THE WHEEL, AND NOT THE LONE SOUL. YOU ARE NOTHING IN THE GRAND SCHEME UNLESS YOU WORK WITH THE REST TO ENSURE LIFE BLOSSOMS TO ITS FULLEST.”

Your Ballator stands in the quiet that seems to last ages, but it is not an uncomfortable silence., but one filled with peace. "YOUR LIFE IS PRECIOUS, BUT UNIMPORTANT," the heads boom, breaking the silence like a crack of thunder, “TAKE THIS GIFT AS YOUR BLESSING OR CURSE.”

"FOR YOUR SENSE OF SELF PRESERVATION, WE HAVE GRANTED YOU NECROSIS." Your Ballator opens their eyes from the flash of light, finding themselves in an entirely new place, far from The Deathlord’s crypts. The Head of Life has touched your Ballator with Light Necrosis!
