Dawn looks up at the highlord before her, a silent calmness surrounding her. Their presence gives her a sense a safety she can’t explain. For the first time in her life there is a deity she might just have given her loyalty if she had not as a filly sworn to see not a single person as above any other, even these highlords of life and death. She will not pledge because that would mean they where seen as more important when all living beings deserved her love equally.
“Justice beloved highlords, will forever be the most important. All living beings deserve a chance to live, to love, to make their own choices in life, and death. No mater what I think of their choices,” she meets the eyes of the light head, not looking away.
“I’m but a single person, I do not have the right to decide for anyone else. But everyone should be given that possibility, to discover who they are, truly,” she lowered her head and took a deep breath.
“I saved the life of my own mate, saved him from certain death, I offered my help and he accepted, but if he had refused I would have accepted it. That is true justice, choice. Everyone deserves the right to their own life and their decisions. No one should be able to take that away from someone else.”

The eyes of the Head of Life look down at Dawn,  a gentle look in their eyes, while the Head of Death's eyes remain cold and unblinking.  Your Ballator stands in the quiet that seems to last ages, but it is not an uncomfortable silence., but one filled with peace. "YOUR KNOWLEDGE IS PROFOUND," the heads boom, breaking the silence like a crack of thunder,
Their voices lower from that of a deafening boom to something that mortal ears can hear more clearly: "The wisdom that you are bound to acquire will be, also."
