Hannibal appears before your Ballator, smoke and ash covering his form for a moment. The Red Star beams ominously above him, casting a red light upon his black skin. His Internum fades and brightens with each inhale and exhale, and sparks flit from his nostrils as his glowing eyes bore into your Ballator. A sly smirk graces his lips; he lets out a small chuckle. "Baldness suits you." He sneers, before turning and vanishing into the night, leaving a puff of smoke in his wake.
