In order for a character to count, at least the head must be shown. In order for them to count as fullbody, their head, neck, shoulder, and a portion of the barrel must be shown. As ID 1377's head is not seen, he unfortunately can't claim the stats nor count in the stat breakdown. You may either update the image to include his head or remove the stat breakdown/total for him and the link leading to his plaque.
