Character Profile Form submission: Create a Character Profile

Hi Dragon!

Please link the forum profiles of both slot holders.

In the future, please do not delete any DA reference information until after the Character Profile has been accepted, so we can ensure all slot info is still correct. 

Once the slot holders have been linked, please reply back to me here and we can get this lovely girl's Character Profile accepted!
