Horse transfer

Hey there! If the person does not intend to leave the breed, then they must make an account here in order to transfer since we are fully moving off of DA and this is how we will manage the game. However, if they are intending to leave the breed they can send a note to the DA group to be processed and if you would link it back here so we know it has been submitted so we can get it taken care of!
